A dreamer. An artist. A woodcarver. For Cas, raised with seven brothers by the indomitable Miss Ethel, he reveled in being able to be himself.
And when Bianca moved into the house across the street, he had no idea his childhood friend would eventually become a young love, only to be taken away.
Years later, both on their own, Cas and Bianca discover that sometimes miracles can repeat themselves and second chances are possible.
A Heroes at Heart novel. These men, raised in the loving foster home by the benevolent Miss Ethel, discovered there lies a hero in all of us. Based loosely on the fairy tale, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.

- Just My Opinion
I absolutely loved this story and know I will go back and listen to it, and to the previous books in this series, again and again in the future. Cas and Bianca’s story is emotional and I love the way it involves Miss Ethel and all the other brothers. It was so emotional when Cas realized that Bianca was his new neighbour. Maryann Jordan has a gift for taking you into the story and making you feel like you are right there watching the characters in person. The characters in this entire series were enchanting and I found myself caring for them all. Kale Williams always does such an amazing job with all the voices and brings the story to life. It is such a pleasure to listen to his narration. This series has been one of my very favourite!
