4,5🌟 My first JT Geissinger's book and it won't be my last, in fact I will be getting all of the series on audio. The narration is amazing. One cannot go wrong with Troy Duran, his strong, growly voice is everything. Michelle Sparks and Brooke Daniels' voices are also great, and all of their interpretation of the characters was fantastic.
It's the funniest age-gap, mafia romance I've ever read. Their bickering is hilarious. The slow burn is full of delicious tension, and the smex is k!nky and extra hot🔥 when it finally happens. Sloane is one of my favourite fmc, love her personality. And Declan is a hot and grumpy, Irish mob boss. Things are never simple when they go from enemies to lovers, but this one was full of Drama. Their love story was beautiful, sweetish, funny and spicy. with a HEA 🥰🥰🥰 kind of..... to the next book to find out more.

It was like grumpy x sunshine kind of relationship and I eat it up. Sloan is so smart and big hearted and I loved the dynamic between her and Spider and of course Declan. Declan this man has humor and is also smart, how can you not fall for a smart mafia guy! Helllo?????? I laughed out loud alll the time, my cheeks hurt and it was one of the best experience I had with an audiobook! 10/10 recommendation
