Great book, full of advice I can apply to my own life. 10/10 reccommend because the author explains general life tips against his own lived experience and in such a way that its relatable to MANY situations I've also experienced. It's therefore an invaluable book because of the clear, no nonsense reflections Mr McNutt describes, including his suggestions on how to handle them. I found myself nodding along on all chapters and had many 'lightbulb' moments, which I have no doubt are going to help me to take the steps needed to bring forward my authentic self, and release the chains of expectation and assumption allocated to me in all facets of life. This book is a life changer, literally....

Can not recommend this enough. Helpful on so many levels. I bought this for both my sisters as we had the same upbringing and traumas. I’ve even bought my 19 year old daughter to help her understand about the world and the pressures of modern day expectations with the downfalls of social media and mobile phone addictions.
