Summary

Alicia Rhodes has had a tough year. Now she is ready to move on from her troubled past and find happiness in the present. But when handsome Quinn Blackhart walks into her driving school - and her heart - her troubles might just be starting.

Quinn Blackhart comes from a sprawling Irish family. As the oldest of three brothers, he is a control freak who loves checklists, and the gorgeous driving instructor just earned a place at the top of his to-do list. But when the ghosts from his past come back to threaten Alicia, he will stop at nothing to keep the woman he loves safe.

The female readers accent for Quin...

The female readers accent for Quinn really grated on my nerves. It sounded Asian from Pakistan instead of Irish!

Loved the story - NOT the female narrator

I'm a huge fan of Blue and was extremely excited to finally be able to enjoy one of her books on Audible. While I hope this is the first of many - I also hope that she finds a female narrator other than Morae Brehon. I am normally a fan of female narrators, but I have to say that I would have preferred the male narrator to have read the entire book. This is the second time that Ms. Brehon has ruined my enjoyment of one of my favorite authors. She read for another series and I returned the books. Brehon wines for the women and she makes a failing effort for the men. She'd be better off reading dialogue in the same voice that she reads the narrative. I'm not sure why Ms Brehon feels the need to make her leading ladies breathy and whiny. Unfortunately, her accents are also cringe-worthy. She couldn't pull off Southern American and Irish accents in the other series - this time was worse, because the book called for her to read using an accent more often. Please consider using a different female narrator in the future.

OMG!!! Loved the male Narrator UGHHH on the female

I LOVE blue Saffire's books and have read them all!! I would love to have the male narrator Richard Sawyer read them all but the love of all that is holy get a NEW female narrator please!!
Books this good deserve a great Narrator. Try Charlotte Kane for the female she and Richard would ROCK together

Beautiful blend of Irish & Chocolate!

Now, I'm truly in love with Quinn & Alicia. This story had a few pleasant twist to it, but the family love from the Blackhart clan is awesome. It takes Alicia time to come around and feel the love, the security, the trust but when she finally does and regains her self confidence, she's all in with accepting her true love and strong bond with Quinn.I hated the story ended but anxiously await for the Blackhart Brother's story to continue! Well done Ms. Blue Saffire, well done!👏🏽👏🏽🙌🏽 Oh, the print copy of this book provides a little more to the ending. I'm glad I purchased both versions😉 because I would be a little more upset with how this audio copy ended.

Not Blue

I am a big Blue fan but this book wasn't on the level of Legally Bound, the Black brothers or the Hush books.

The female narrator is awful

Morse Brehon’s Irish accent is NO GOOD. It ruins it. It’s so cringeworthy. Love Blue Saffire’s works. But this narrator needs replacing so badly. The male narrator, Richard Sawyer, is great! But good lord, change out Morae Brehon.

Blue does it again.

It's funny, sophisticated and juicy. Like her other books, it has just enough twist. Would love for Quinn to answer my call.

Ending????

I was happy with book and storyline until the ending. If the beginning started of with Quinn's sister and brother in law getting shot. And the storyline is about finding out why and who shot them. Why did it in with Alicia's (Elysia) ex best friend trying to get money. That really wasn't a major part of story. I feel the ending should have followed the beginning of the story. Disappointed!
