Summary

A fun, sexy, charming, friends-to-lovers romance by USA Today best-selling author Claudia Burgoa.

I’ve been best friends with Beacon since we were kids. We shared everything, even our first kiss.

Now that we’re adults, Beacon’s been cockblocking me on my quest to find Mr. Right. No matter how hard I try to find love, he’s always getting in the way.

My shy, awkward exterior doesn’t help. After all, Beacon’s the cool one, not me - I play the cello at Carnegie Hall, and He’s a heartthrob.

The famous frontman of the band famous Too Far From Grace. Every woman wants him, every guy...either wants to be like him or wants him too.

I decide to play devil’s advocate, and hire Beacon to teach me the dating ropes. Maybe if we work together, we can find me a guy we both approve of.

Except, moving to Baker’s Creek to work on this experiment isn’t working the way I planned. Seems like he’s doing everything to convince me that I don’t need a man, after all, I have him.

The Baker’s Creek Billionaire Brothers series is a romantic comedy saga packed with the perfect mix of angst, tears, and laughs. If you like strong heroines and alpha males, steamy romances and witty love stories, this series is for you!

Friends to lovers with an intriguing twist

Wow - whole knew Beacon was so fascinating!

The Baker's Creek Billionaire series is interconnected stand-alone romances. Each follows a different couple in the saga of the estranged Aldrich brothers, brought together after the death of their absentee father. Call You Mine is the story of Beacon, the rockstar, and his best friend Grace.

No spoilers, but lets just say there is much more to Beacon that meets the eye. What we've seen of him in the prior books is very surface level, an act that he puts on with his family to come off as an irresponsible, uncaring, immature jerk. What he really is turns out to be complicated, caring, compassionate, and so much deeper than you could imagine. This is definitely a common theme among these Aldrich men. They're so misunderstood by the years of regret, distance and distrust, but as we get to know them better, they're truly great men.

Grace is just the woman that Beacon needs. Honestly, she's the woman he's been in love with for a dozen years, even though she doesn't realize it. As the learn the depth of each other's feelings, their relationship blossoms into so much more.

Narration by Victoria Mei and Zachary Webber really complemented the material. They portrayed Grace and Beacon with all of the affection you expect between life-long friends.

Beacon and Grace's story

It's time to head back to Baker's Creek with this wonderful friends to more romance!

Beacon and Grace have been best friends since childhood. Now that they're adults he always seems to get in the way as she attempts to find love. Despite that she decides to have him teach her about dating and help her look for Mr. Right when he has to spend time in Baker's Creek. Of course, things don't go as planned and it was fun watching the two of them fall in love.

Friends to more is my favorite trope and Claudia Y. Burgoa did such a great job building up Grace and Beacon's friendship and relationship as the story progressed. There were some humorous and sweet moments and a few emotional ones thrown in there too.

I've really enjoyed following the Aldridge brothers through this series and Beacon is my new favorite!

Amazing!

I think Beacon might be my favorite brother so far. I fell in love with his relationship with Grace and the the love they share for each other. It's undeniable and as they try and navigate their deeper feelings for each other, the story didn't let me go because we also had some suspense in this one that kept me on edge. This was another great addition to the Aldridge brothers. The narrators do an amazing job and I just couldn't get enough. Beacon and Grace are just perfect!

So full of love

I fell in love with the Aldridge Brothers from the first book. Each time I read one of theirs stories I think I have found a new favorite brother. After reading Beacon's story, he will forever be my favorite. I don't care what Mills and Vance bring, Beacon is my favorite.

He is full of love. Love for the family he grew up with. Love for his band who is his family. Learning to love his brothers. Most importantly though, is his love for Grace.

This is such a touching second chance friends-to-lovers romance. Beacon doesn't just write touching songs about Grace. He speaks beautiful words regularly.

"Hearts are made to beat, to love, and sometimes they break. But they mend and love again." Beacon Aldridge, Call You Mine

This book held some interesting surprises for me. I did not predict Beacon and Grace's second job.

I absolutely love how Claudia Burgoa brings characters from so many of her other stories into this book. She has masterfully created several families, with different career focuses, that seem to all be coming together with the Aldridge Brothers.

There are some incredibly heart warming moments in this book. Moments where some secondary characters and background characters make appearances and start to show that they can and want to change. The most unexpected character appearance almost brought me to tears.

I know that when we reach the end of the Aldridge Brothers stories I will be forever changed, and sad to see their stories end.

I hope to read more stories about the members of Too Far from Grace (tell me that the name of Beacon's band wasn't his way of telling Grace he loved her from the very beginning. How did she miss that?)

The narrators did such an incredible job bringing these amazing characters to life. The way they were able to capture the emotion of each scene made this so much more than just an audiobook. Listening to this book was an experience.

Loved it - Great story and great narration

Call You Mine is an entertaining read and I was invested in this story from the first to the last chapter. Beacon and Grace have been friends since they were children and the friendship is strong and true. Grace is shy and awkward and despite trying has not found love, more because Beacon is determined to block my relationships at every turn.
Narrated by Zachary Webber and new to me narrator Victoria Mei they brought Beacon and Grace to life for me. From the start they did a good job expressing the deep love and friendship these characters have for one another
When Grace turns to Beacon to help her instead of constantly blocking her, you just know that there is going to be some fun times ahead. The characters were entertaining and the story well written. The connection between Grace and Beacon is soul deep and as they began to explore their feelings I had a hard time putting this book down when real life got in the way.
The journey that Grace and Beacon embark on, the emotions and feelings that emerge was heart warming and the love they discovered made this an emotional, romantic love story and one I highly recommend.
A fabulous addition to the series.

Ummm a rockstar is a secret agent??

This storyline is so absurd I can’t even finish the book. I’ve s a few bad ones lately but I wish I could return this. Why in the world would a famous person be undercover. It’s literally like three stories are happening at once. The rockstar, the undercover agent and some ridiculous story about a will. Don’t waste a credit. Even Zachary Webber couldn’t save this…
