I gave up on this eventually. Christian Romance, in general, is not something I enjoy, especially not when the religious belief is used to condemn others. Best example in this book: characters who dared to enjoy premarital sex all end up miserable.

I really enjoyed this book. It was very easy to listen to. The narrator did a great job. This book follows Anne as she gets older and experiences love with her special one. Anne's mother dies when she was a girl, and before she died she told Anne to not just give herself to any man. This book was full of southern charm, I just loved it.
