What a wonderful book!
I especially liked that the story not only focuses on the mystery, but also gives us glimpses of Tap’s private life and thoughts.
Ann Bumbak’s narration is very good. The way she said the title “Busted” captivated me immediately.

This is the second book in the series that I have listened to. I am now used to the author's style and the narration really suits the story.

Tap is starting to come out of her shell but wow what a neighbourhood to live in. I am also liking the fact there is more back stories coming out of her partner. It makes it for a more well rounded story.

Looking forward to listening to book 3.

This is a great second instalment in the life of Tapioca Styles. A good storyline and excellent background information make this a must listen. If you have not read Shattered the first in the series then I would recommend that you do so first. Looking forward to listening to more of the series. Once again Ann Bumbak nails the narration.

Ann Bumbak narration was perfect for this book. She brings out the characters.


I loved this second book of this series as much as the first. Detective Greco is kept busy , this book carries on from the first and will have you wanting to keep listening. We have a dismembered body , people saying they see ghosts and one having a daddy issues and one feeling the pull of hurting felines....
This is a great listen , with great characters
