This is the best “my wife” book I have read.

I loved the narration!! Aiden has the perfect gravelly voice for Ramsey and I loved listening to them together.

Ramsey isn’t prepared to let Hazel go and comes up with some ways to keep her!
I loved their dynamic and it was clear from the start that these two still had feelings for another even tough life got in the way.
Ramsey was in for it and Hazel was mean but in a good way, Ramsey had it coming and took it while also never giving up the fight.
This book had a different take on the whole second chance, small town romance and it was refreshing and hot at the same time.

It surprised me in a couple of places…in a good way! I thought I knew where it was going- to a long drawn out, and highly frustrating ‘misunderstanding trope’ (the likes of which have driven me to DNF previously), but it was refreshingly straightforward…in a good way!!! Was really rooting for Ramsay! And the male narrator…🥵❤️! I actively searched up other audiobooks he’s done! Sooooo good! Very sexy voice🫠! Female narrator is always good too! A really enjoyable good time!

I absolutely adored this… without giving too much away.

Setting was cute. Female lead was cool , relatable and not waiting for a prince or cowboy to come sweep her off her feet.
Not quite enemies to lovers but similar vibes.
Spice was 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️
Male lead was definitely in the morally grey area, broody, hot and a complete HUSBAND 😍

Would highly recommend.
