Grace is canvasing for the Green Party. Ugh. Knocking on doors in a clearly conservative road. The first house is a bust, and when the second offers a kindly gent looking for assistance–she can do nothing but offer to help.

Thank you so much to Ericmore for sending me the code for this on audible! I read this within a couple of hours, it was a nail biting read that put me through all the emotions. Weston was a pos 😭
Grace hated doing door to door, it was a tedious job but someone has to do it! The first door she knocks on doesn’t go down very well so when she comes across an old man that’s so very welcoming on the second door & he asks for help inside she’s more than happy to help assist him!
Unfortunately that old man isn’t all he seems & within minutes she’s knocked out & held captive by the most sadistic horrible Weston…
Oh I did feel so sorry for Grace! Her inner thoughts are what kept her going & fighting until the end! The twist though!!! I did not see that coming at all!
