Not all Churches are Bad, but not all Churches are Good.
BROKEN FOR HIS GLORY
It is a book for anyone involved in a church as a servant, a leader, a member, or an attendee whonow finds themselves misplaced, lost, confused, wandering, and just wondering, why, God?
Has a church burned you? Award-winning author, radio host, Dr. David Spoon unveils his debut book “BROKEN FOR HIS GLORY” to investigate that question.
Using his own painful church experience as a springboard for teaching others, Dr. Spoon spins his adolescent battles with drug addiction, eventual conversion to Christianity, and hurt felt at the hands of a church into a personal journey designed to help listeners resolve and recover from their spiritual conflicts.
Connecting the stages of Jesus' sufferings to Christians who have experienced church pain and life hurts, Dr. Spoon shows that being wounded in life isn’t the end of the world. Instead, it can end up being a good thing.
