This book is fantastic. Unfortunately the voice felt too casual and sometimes distractive. The content is excellent, i think this book opened new perspective to me

Marcia maps things out well. She reminds us what is truly a coach’s job, gives us the big picture as well as the small tips. I will return to it regularly.

I found this impossible to finish because the narrator was not right for the content. She reads the content with a sense of evangelical fandom and joy and no authentic understanding of what is being explained. This was very distracting as the tone did not fit the meaning so I found myself having to decode meaning from presentation. Exhausting!

I gave up by about one third in as I like to hear the authors reading their own books and there are plenty of great coaching books out there read by someone who fully understands what they are saying so meaning is accessible.
