I debated over getting this guide for a while as it is short. Also I find the reading a bit flat. However I love baking so gave it a go.
She goes into the science behind baking. Ruby offers various flavor options for each recipe which had my mouth watering! I think this is a good guide which offers interesting recipes which aren't absurdly complicated! Well worth listening to again!
