I got this book for my mom, but we listened to it together. Saying no used to be my mom’s biggest problem at work! She’s always been juggling multiple things daily, which made her stressed out and overwhelmed. She was burnt out, but she always brushed it off and told everyone in our family that she was just tired. After we listen this audiobook, my mom finally admitted she needed to make changes in her life otherwise her health will suffer. Applying the principles in this audiobook helped my mom find balance by prioritizing and setting boundaries. She’s finally started to say no. This audiobook is a must to listen if you want to learn about stress management through simple everyday habits. The voice of the narrator is very pleasant, therefore easy to listen. Highly recommended audiobook!

I've always struggled to find balance in my life. This feeling of guilt was a dear friend of mine! I feel guilty if I work too much and don't spend enough time with my kids and then I feel guilty if I spend some quality time with them and didn't work enough!!

It was truly a never-ending cycle! I thought I shouldn't slow down or take a breath because I was already behind and had many things to do! Until I listened to this book! It helped me take back the leash and live my life with balance without that guilt! I never knew that it was achievable!! Love this book; it was exactly what I needed!
