From the very first scene, I was hooked.
Izzy’s such a fierce, funny heroine - determined but still figuring herself out.
And Caleb? The perfect mix of brooding, loyal, and impossible not to fall for.
The world of Skarvindar feels so vivid and alive; I could see every flicker of fire and shadow. Imogen Wilde’s narration makes it cinematic; the emotion in her voice brings the whole story to life.
If you love slow-burn romantasy, strong heroines, and a touch of danger, this one’s for you.
I seriously devoured it in a day and can’t wait for Book 2. 🔥

From the characters to the brilliant storyworld - I've just binged on this audiobook over the weekend and had such a good time! Will be recommending this new author to my friends and family.

This story drew me in, I liked the characters and the different influences like air, water, earth and fire. It set up the story well and I am excited for the next instalment, feels like there is a lot more to explore. And while some parts felt a bit predictable other parts surprised me and I am intrigued to see what will happen next!

I would like a male narrator for Caleb’s POV though!
