love the story and really enjoy the author.

just don't like the female narrator and they way she elongates every word at the end of a sentence. makes it harder to stay focused on the story.

I could NOT stop with this book! Poor Charlie! 🤣 First impressions are EVERYTHING, and unfortunately for Charlie Cox she has made the WORST impression on a new potential employer. Or has she? Raf is immediately attracted to the bubbly blonde with mouth diarrhea, but is that the wisest thing for him right now? To be attracted to your employee is a big No No, especially after his last failed relationship. However, her references are impeccable, so why not trust his gut?

Hilarity ensues her first day, and within days Charlie has him tied up in knots, questioning his sanity. Add in a Grandma Bestie, dirty historical romances, bromances outside the norm, sexy Irish men, a planner loving peppy gal, and a fake engagement, and WHAT could go wrong? This book had me guessing until the last chapter. It is a MUST listen.

Any Meghan Quinn fan knows about her amazing sense of humor (I messaged both narrators when I hit the scene where I was laughing SO hard, I had to pull over because I couldn't breathe and tears we're running down my face.

Connor is his amazing self (hint hint above, he whips out the Irish accent here) and Kelsey is the perfect Charlie. 🤟❤️ Perfect score from me!!!!
