Puts the "sub" into subliminal

Perhaps I should have realised, but the "affirmations" are genuinely subliminal, ie they are not consciously audible. You cannot hear them. When you turn volume to maximum (too loud to sleep to), you can hear some kind of mystic mumbling, but he could be reading the phone directory for all I know. Odd.

Great way to change your thoughts.

There's a perspective you don't know you're missing until you develop it and these Subliminal Affirmations will assist you to get them. I like how this develops the mind while sleeping to be accepting and welcoming of Positive Thinking. Everyone should think like this. It's enlightening!

Great message to boost Positive Thinking.

I'm impressed with how motivational these subliminal affirmations are and how they shift the mind to think in terms of winning and accomplishing instead of making excuses, and will be done during the sleeping hours.

This author puts me to Positive Thinking!

That's great for a "Subliminal Affirmations" and relaxation audiobook. I don't use it every night, but when I absolutely must have good sleep at night, I listen to this and sleep great. #superrelaxing #tagsgiving #positive_thinking
