Alec Knight, a beta in the Regent's Park pack, guards his heart carefully. Ghosts from his past keep him alone and angry, any hope of a relationship impossible while guilt from the pack wars still haunts him. With the anniversary drawing near, Alec needs a distraction.

I have never, in my life, been cheering on the characters in an audiobook before, but Bitten By Desire, with characters I've already come to "know" through the first few RPP books in this series afford a continuity that carries you along. The last quarter of the book really ramps up the intensity (as River Song would say.... "Spoilers...") and I was actually rooting for the good guys to win and was SO excited when they did; and the epilogue was just.... beautiful and perfect. Great story, amazing voice talent reading the tale, and if you're a Lycanphile with a thing for an m/m based storyline that really holds nothing back, you should by all rights LOVE this.
