Radiant skin awaits!

This book was fantastic. The author knows their stuff, I was so impressed with the deep dive into the best ingredients to use and what to avoid and the author went next level explaining what to eat to help your skin. I never thought about the gut, hormones and circulations role in skin health until this book, this is probably often overlooked when buying products to try and look younger. The science is broken down in an easy to understand and enjoyable way to learn! Going to be checking the labels, looking for these key ingredients and see how a change in diet can improve my skin health! Great Resource!
