This was just the guide I needed, I often get spotty and my skin is very dry around my knuckles. This guide goes through many different methods on how to start glowing and it is all backed by science. I now use the recommended natural products on my skin and pay much more attention to my diet, and reduce stress where I can. I recommend to others.
