This is an absolutely amazing read or for listening. I needed this book so much. It has helped me through the stages of healing and taught me emotion are true and needed. It has also taught me that it’s ok to feel and embrace anger, and to forgive without needed to take back the betrayer unless there are reasonable actions that need to be done. I don’t feel guilty anymore. I now understand that betrayers have a different mindset to other people who don’t betray. I also understand now how to repair restore my own healing, I wish I had this book 13 years ago. Thankfully I have it now, and that was Gods plan. Thank you to the author who spoke openly, honestly about their own experiences and spoke clearly and slowly for everything to be digested and understood. Amazing. Thank you 🙏🏻
