I can say that i recommend this audio book, and though its raised a few questions and answered some, there were parts i couldn't make sense of, though i am very grateful to the author Dolores Cannon dedicated to putting this book together and sharing information on the afterlife. These are concepts, ideas or truths I've not heard before and religion has failed to scratch the surface and has caused so much untold suffering, including the long term suffering in my life which ultimately lead me to giving up on religion and seeking asnwers to questions no one will answer such as raised in this book and others by Dr Joe Dispenza, Dr Bruice Lipton, and Dr Jordan Peterson, thank you Dolores

Loved every moment of this book. I found the subjects very intriguing and thought provoking. Definitely gives a new way of looking at death and life processes.

To me some was completely over my head but other elements completely resonated with me. Definitely a personal journey to undertake. But there are elements I will definitely take with me into my everyday life.
