Although this is a good account of the history behind the stand up comic - it's the story telling and performance from Adam reading it himself that makes this a great listen

Absolutely loved this book and Adam Hills' narration was hilarious. I could listen to his Aussie accent all day and never get bored. I love his humour, storytelling and his attitude towards his disability. Oh, and his Billy Connolly impression is spot on!

I am a great fan of Adams on the last leg and I think it even more now, great life,friends and choices. You couldn't of plucked a better narrator, it was so funny. I loved it.

Definitely worth listening to rather than reading. I don't laugh easily and this had me laughing out loud multiple times. The Muppets, Whoopi Goldberg, Billy Connolly, what's not to love?

I always love a book read by the author and Adam's personality shines through as he reads this. His positive and enthusiastic vibes are infectious throughout the book and stories had me actually laughing out loud. A great book to dip in an out of, in my case on the morning commute to work and it always left me feeling with a smile on my face. A great way to start the day!
