I love this series! The suspense, twists and turns, and the love story; is the perfect blend of angst, heat, and heart, with wonderful characters that I adored.

Another fantastic story from Catherine. I was really looking forward to Hunters story and this book did not disappoint. I really liked Hunter and Piper and the narrator’s really helped to bring the characters to life. Highly recommend!

I had forgotten what beautiful stories Mrs Cowles writes.

The suspense, the twists and turns, the grief...it all melds together to give you all the feels.
This book was an amazing audio to enjoy, despite some of the tough subjects it broached.

Jason and Erin did a fabulous job bringing Hunter and Piper's story to life.

Ten years after losing her best friend, Piper returns to Anchor Island to restore the lodge they once dreamed of owning together. Hunter is brought in to help with the renovations, and before long they’re spending far more time together than either of them expected, all while another suspenseful mystery begins to unfold.

I’ve said it before, but Catherine Cowles really knows how to write heroines you can’t help but root for, and Piper was no exception. She’s guarded for good reason, and I loved watching her slowly let people in. I’d be lying if I said Bruno, Piper’s giant dog, wasn’t one of my favourite characters.

Overall, a really good book to end the series on.
