So far the first meditation was a success

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review. Last night my three kids and I laid down before bed and did the first meditation routine. It was so great. My oldest son has suffered from anxiety and has a hard time going to sleep. He's also had panic attacks at night and we have been trying to find a good resource to help him control his anxiety. Last night, he was so calm and loved the feeling of seeing him happy. I am looking forward to listening to the other meditations. I will update this review as we continue enjoying this book.
Update: We have completed all the meditations and my kids loved them. They want to listen to them almost every day. My son finds them relaxing and it has helped us guide him with visualization techniques to control his anxiety issues. Thank you so much for creating this book!
