The book was very well narrated and contains very good information about everything you need to know if you suffer with arthritis. I recommend it heartily for everyone who has any form of arthritis or for anyone who wants to eat healthy.

No recipes as promised on the Amazon listing. It’s not clear there are two versions. Supper disappointed. Waste of an Audible credit. Makes the same points over and over. She sounds lovely but this isn’t a practically helpful audio book for any one wanting to get cooking with anti inflammation meals asap. Boo :(
