He is know as the the Beast, he is shifter king, with a wolf and bear inside of him. When he mates he most choose between either one of shifter forms can be the mate. I loved all the clever allusions in this shortish book. I also loved the spice. 😉 There is also a bit of drama/miscommunication but all is resolved. No cliffhanger but I hope there's a few more books in the series.

I loved the narration. Crisp and clear with a touch of sweetness, just like a fairytale retelling should have.

When Belle fall through a portal and lands on a strange world, she meet a rather grumpy Beast. He is king of all he surveys and very easy on the eyes. Beast has a choice to make, he has two mates but can only choose one. Who will it be Belle on Scar. Who's heart will be broken. This is a wonderful twisted tale. the characters a sarcastic and hot. the story fun and the narration excellent.
