After a fire in her parents shop she ends up seeing Dean again as he is one of the firefighters who helped with the fire.
He is still interested in being with Rebecca, he thought she was his mate when they were younger. Will Rebecca allow herself to give them a second chance.

This is the third book in the Shifter Nation: Fated Over Forty Series, a bear shifter romance. I like this series! Dean and Rebecca's second chance romance is fast paced, passionate, entertaining, and captivating. Dean is handsome, and protective. Rebecca is smart, strong, and independent. I liked Rebecca's teenage daughter Maddison. D.C. Cole did an excellent job bringing this story to life. I enjoyed it. this was a well develped storyline that
has all things to make a great shifter readThe charters hsd chemisty that drew me into there world.
The narrator did a good job of bringing the characters alive on the pages.
