Bearly Breathing, the thirst book in the Bears of Southoak is a second chance, paranormal MM shifter romance. The storyline is more developed in this instalment, it captures the attention. River and Darius are wonderful characters; their journey is emotional and heartfelt. Gary Bennett's narration captures the characters' personalities and emotions. Overall this was an enjoyable listen. I was given a free copy of this audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Bearly Breathing is the third book in the Bears of Southoak series. Each book is a standalone with some side characters from previous books. We've met Darius in book one when he was a hot mess. I like how Darius wears his heart on his sleeve. I like River's soft underbelly. Bearly Breathing deals with some more sensitive issues with River's pack, including homophobia and xenophobia. I loved how the climactic scene played out. Overall I enjoyed Bearly Breathing, probably the best so far.

Bearly Breqathing by Kayci Morgan Book 3 of Bears of Southoak series. I really enjoyed the journey of River and Darius relationship and Loved how they got their happy ending.
The Narrator Gary Bennett did a good job bringing this story to life.
