About this listen

Another fabulous book in this ongoing series. Full of things I can’t even explain lol. The storyline was so compelling I was hooked. This series is seriously different but brilliant. Awesome narration too.

I enjoyed this book, but I prefer other series by this author. I think this is some of Ilona Andrews’ earlier work that’s recently been brought to Audible. I’ll get more in this series and everything by this author.

Another great book this time giving the origin story of Gaston and Sophie (or Lark) from in Innkeeper series. It is still there worlds on one with no magical, outcasts or low or non magical and magical. The no magical mirroring to some degree out world. This time they are fighting for land stolen as well at to find her mother and father. With the help of an outcast soldier pretending to be high born, they take them all on and uncover some uncomfortable home truths. Read brilliantly again by Renee Raudman.
