A man’s manual
I really found this book useful as it shows you a way of life outside of the images of a man thrown at us every day. Can feel preachy at times but it’s not intentional so stick with it. You’ll be happy you did.

Eye opening
I came across you by complete accident. I was in a dark place and couldn’t understand how I got there, through being real with myself and opening myself to the hurt and love I found myself again. All I can say is thank you and keep getting your message out there how ever you can, Some people won’t want to listen but for so many it will change there lives for ever.

Engaging, thought provoking reality check
Jason is a man who everyone needs in their lives. Glad he was the narrator too. Wouldn’t have been the same with someone else.

The martial arts and religious teachings that could be used both literally and metaphorically , in real life.
Overall a great advice-giving book in order for people , for coping with modern day struggles . Although I felt a bit cringed with the religious parallels , at the same way , as an orthodox Christian living in Greece , it feels good to know that faith has an important role to play in our lives yet . Mr Wilson really confronts hard truths and things we all have felt and/or thought somehow or sometimes , and it is really nice that he does make them known publicly. Thank you for all your efforts on make this book happen .

Deep stuff!
