About this listen

Deep in the Malaysian jungle, a group of scientists gets a lethal surprise and a lone survivor rants about a prehistoric monster who eats men alive.

The survivor dies with bizarre symptoms - and CURE's Dr. Harold Smith wants answers. So Remo, his favorite problem solver, finds himself armed with a brand-new doctorate and joining an international expedition to look for the next Jurassic park.

But things heat up even more in the jungle. Who's to tell what the adventure will be, what with a sexy lady professor, the hidden agenda of expedition members, and the hot breath of something big, dangerous, and undreamed of deep in the rain forest's heart.

Performed by Ken Jackson, Christopher Graybill, Terence Aselford, Nanette Savard, Richard Rohan, Karen Carbone, Michael Replogle, Jeff Baker, David Coyne, Cate Torre, Michael Glenn, James Lewis, Mort Shelby.

I prefer the early Destroyers, but this was still a good read. But for about 1/4 of the book at least, the sound effects were so loud I struggled to hear the narrator. Really interfered with the enjoyment.

Way too much sound effects

why put random music over the top of the narrator, sometimes so you cant hear him..and its really random

love the original books so this was a joy to listen to. just the right touch of humour. Remo was brought to life by voice actor. Chiun, nobody could approach the true magnificence of Chiun, but for a non-Korean he does a passable attempt. Great story and I will be back for more.

Excellent drama!

Voice acting was very good.
The story was excellent 👍🏻 Really enjoyed this book but sometimes the music nearly drowned out the narration.

Didn't want it to end!
