The laugh-out-loud second volume of 1987 childhood nostalgia from the author of Snot Rocket! It's the summer of 1987, and the McFlipperties brothers are back doing what they do best: causing absolute, unfiltered childhood chaos. When an argument over renting the weekend movie gets completely derailed, Adam, Jim, and Kevin head out to explore their neighborhood's most forbidden zone—the infamous, deep, disease-riddled pond known to the local kids as "Salmonella."But when the boys stumble across an ancient, abandoned green plastic bathtub dumped in the bushes, a wicked idea forms. Armed with a hard-earned 50p coin, a completely useless stick, and a massive bribe, Kevin is convinced to embark on a perilous maiden voyage across the muck.He thinks he's sailing toward a glorious victory. His brothers have a completely different plan.Packed with authentic 1980s retro charm, The Green Bath Tub captures the raw freedom, intense sibling warfare, and side-splitting comedy of growing up in a working-class British household.Grab your copy today to see if anyone survives the voyage!
