Let me know what you loved about the episode!
Ever wonder why you keep doing something you know you don't want to do?
Maybe you procrastinate, people-please, overthink, avoid putting yourself out there or keep finding yourself in the same frustrating situations.
What if the behaviour is being driven by a secret subconscious belief?
In this episode, we're becoming detectives of our own behaviour and looking at the patterns that can reveal the beliefs sitting underneath them.
I'll walk you through a simple process:
Notice the pattern
Investigate what happens just before it
Trace the thoughts and emotions underneath
Question what it might mean about you
Because sometimes, understanding why you do something is the first step towards changing it.
These are the journaling question from the episode:
What keeps happening?
How do I tend to react?
What am I feeling underneath that reaction?
What am I afraid might happen?
What am I making that mean about me?
Where might I have learned this?
Don't forget to screenshot them and send them to me...I love helping you find out what's really going on!
And if you're done with playing the detective, here is a tool that I'm giving away for FREE for the next 14 days only. Grab it >>>>>>> here
