Last week was the funeral home in Southington. This week is the woods.
Dudleytown isn’t a town. It’s what’s left of a small farming settlement in Cornwall, Connecticut — Dark Entry Forest, cellar holes, stone walls, and a reputation that got louder after the people left. Insanity. A bloodline curse from England. Children who walked into the trees and didn’t come back. A house that burned. Visitors who say the birds stop. Shadow figures between the trunks. Ed and Lorraine Warren later talking about it like something was running the place.
