Let me know what you loved about the episode!

What if one of the beliefs influencing your life is one you don't even consciously know you have?

In the first two episodes of this series, we've explored where limiting beliefs come from and what they can actually cost you. But something we haven't looked into yet: not all of our beliefs are conscious.

Your conscious mind is the part of your mental activity you're aware of. It's the part you're using to make decisions, solve problems and deliberately choose what you want.

But underneath that, your brain is constantly processing information, learning patterns and responding to experiences outside of your conscious awareness.

You can consciously believe:

“I'm confident”, “I deserve success”, “I don't care what people think” or “I'm ready to put myself out there”, and still find yourself repeatedly holding back, procrastinating, people-pleasing, or avoiding the very things you say you want.

Sometimes there's a deeper pattern underneath the conscious belief.
