A dysphoric teen attempts suicide and wakes from a coma in a magical land called Albion, a world filled with enchanted creatures: giants, dragons and elves. In Albion, Angel is free from the consternation of others.

The city of Caer is beset by the dark forces of the Claste, a malevolent power threatening the land of Albion and all life within its bounds. In their desperation, and spurred on by a dangerous demon, the Claste summon draugr and vorles, undead warriors and monstrous wolves, to attack and eradicate the communities of mankind.

A journey of self-discovery is marked by surprising growth from a timid teen to a powerful ally in the fight against darkness. When the townsfolk realise the Claste are attempting to summon a demon, Angel becomes part of a fellowship brought forth from the real world to counter the threat. They join together on a developmental journey to realise both their magical and interpersonal potential.

As the story unfolds, the fellowship puts aside their differences and begins to comprehend the importance of cooperation and of embracing their unique abilities. They confront the Claste and attempt to protect their world from impending doom. The themes of friendship, courage, and self-discovery resonate throughout the story, leaving the listener with a sense of anticipation for what lies ahead in the real world.
