One of the major themes is the interaction with his inner self to confront and overcome flaws while building strength, spending centuries apparently doing so (while no time passes outside) and becoming more in peace with who he is in body and soul....,cool... but the author seems to forget this every time and he returns him to the self indulgent and egocentric young man who constantly complains why people don’t explain the full book plot to him right now! and if he learns any information that might help another in any way shape or form its ... not even considered sharing for some reason

Mind you, I'm only 107 hours into this marathon and might be going a bit insane but maybe with a few more millennia of inner world workout our hero might iron some issues out so I'm sticking with it.

For one credit its well not bad.
