This book, in my opinion, is awful. It just doesn’t sound like Belinda’s other amazing work. It’s dull, the narrator has an American accent, it’s incredibly slow moving and I lost interest and couldn’t finish it. I’ve never done that before with this author, in fact I’ve listened to all of her novels several times over.
This was very disappointing and sadly, I’m going to return it as there’s no way I can finish it.
