Well written, but this was a bit if a misfire - ironically about books that are hits and misfires. I don’t think the structure worked and it dragged quite a bit in parts.

Loved this. I don’t usually like books about authors and writing but this one eventually won me over. The plot details and the narrator’s talents kept me interested until I was gripped. The intertwining elements didn’t even seem too madly coincidental and I was very happy with the ending.
