I pre-ordered as soon as I heard Lewis was releasing a book! I bought the Audible version too - it arrived yesterday and can’t remember a time I’ve been so irritated by interruptions that stalled my intention of getting stuck in.

I haven’t completed it yet, but even as I’m on chapter 3 I know it’s everything I hoped it would be. Raw, insightful, incredibly well delivered and seeped in golden nuggets.

Instant methods to try with the honesty to say you have to be consistent for results. I have read many personal development and business books, some of which Lewis refers to in his book. This book isn’t a patched together version of books he’s read and then regurgitated as some books in this category can be.

You will be hooked, you will try most (if not all) of the numerous techniques and strategies he shares throughout.

100% recommend this book. The stories Lewis shares are so raw and the practical steps are so easy to follow. I’ve listened all the way through and I’m going to listen again a few more times to absorb. Best personal development book I’ve listened to yet!
