Such a great story. Heartwarming and gentle with many references to other fantastic books. I highly recommend this book - I am going to buy the paper copy now. This is one I’ll remember and read back on for years to come.

I knew I was going to love this book before I got it . By page 12 I was filling up with tears. This story is absolutely beautiful, it’s so cosy, funny, sad, inspiring, and plenty of bookshop action for us booksh fans . I’m Overjoyed it ended like it did especially with Christmas in the bookshop and I was transported into the festive atmosphere that was so perfectly described . This book is a keeper for my shelves . I highly recommend.

It’s hard to put into words how much I loved this book, I listened to it while going through a difficult time in my relationship so it really had the tears rolling.. Do I recommend? yes absolutely, also the narrator was wonderful.
