Critic reviews

This book will be a cornerstone for our movement. Ed combines rigorous evidence with lived experience, making veganism not only accessible but sustainable. It’s the kind of resource I wish had been available when I first chose to go vegan.
An easily digestible guide to going and staying vegan. Ed Winters is a force for good in this world.

I find Ed Winters books so good and manageable bite size chunks of all things vegan. The last chapter is so helpful for me who still struggles at time with all i've come to learn about animal exploitation. This chapter could help many vegans to be a bit easier on ourselves. A class read.

A vegan already but this book was so good for my learning curve.

This was a fantastic book, written by Ed Winters, However, I wish Ed implemented more personal scenarios in order to motivate other vegans, such as topics about him slipping up himself, or foods he eats on the daily and other things such as exercise as it is important in a vegan lifestyle, also i wish he brought up rupert !!! - great book overall !! Great Job Ed can’t wait until your next
book.
