Love this series I can’t wait until the whole series is out on Audible five stars for the narrators as well give this book a try it is amazing ♥️

I honestly couldn’t tell you what exactly was happening, I tried just pushing through but honestly at some point I didn’t know which character was which. I love the premise but it was soooo inconsistent

Narrator's: female might need new microphone, sometimes she quavered like an AI wobble, but overall performance consistent and good. Male narrator can slip up on accents a bit so his parts end up confusing as to who's talking, and I'm seriously not buying the deep timbre as youthful men... (it's a lovely voice, just maybe not suited to the age bracket).

story; honestly a little flip flopping. it has the premise to be really good with some decent world building but it's inconsistent and lacks detail for the important parts. Also, I wish the author just wouldn't do the spice parts, it's clearly not her strength and it feels awkward at best, particularly for the female getting zero work up or lead in, and made me cringe for her. If you don't like to write it, just make it closed door, it's perfectly ok to do so! One last thing, when there's 10+ characters, why name them the same thing?? lisander, Leander, Callum, cal(something). I mean really....
