as usual another amazing DCI logan book, glad to hear Hoon too, never fails to make me laugh amongst the "dark"

I’d been waiting for this book for what felt like ages and It didn’t disappoint. It was great to have Jack and Co back again. They’re like family. The story was great and had me guessing “whodunnit”and then changing my mind again for most of the book. JD/Barry is a master at his work. His writing was exceptional as usual.

Intense, sad and so very funny. I loved that Hoon made an appearance and he was as crass and rude as ever!! I love him.

Angus King and his narration was pure brilliance as ever. He really is the best in the business. I couldn’t imagine listening to anyone else narrate the Logan and Hoon series.

All in all this book was brilliant and I loved every chapter. I’m so sad that I finished it tho. The worst thing about this series is that it has to end. A full 5 stars from me as always!!

Words can’t express how much I love these characters. The world is a pretty scary place right now, but as long as Mr Kirk and Mr King and have another audio treat on the way then I have something to look forward to. Keep them coming please! Another bit of joy from the Loganverse.
