Amazing one off the best

The investigation into the tragic murders in Moscow, Idaho, (prior to the murderer’s guilty plea), is presented with great detail, offering an informative account that paints a fuller picture of Maddie, Kaylee, Ethan, and Xana as individuals, rather than merely as victims. Overall it was excellent, however, I struggled with the narrator's persistent emphasis on male voices, which I found somewhat inappropriate given the sensitive nature of the subject matter. In this instance, I would have preferred a more straightforward reading to allow the seriousness of the content to resonate more profoundly.

Compelling & Informative

There's nothing here we haven't heard on various media. Lots of gossip. Short chapters with very little concrete details. The narration is pretty flat and chapters are short. I expected better from the authors.

Meh, yuck, nothing new

The case is still as shocking today as it was the day it came to light. This book uncovers the tragic event and keeps the victims front and centre with lots of inclusion from the families of the four young people that sadly lost their lives. Listened to it through twice it was that good and full of the facts not gossip. It’s almost unputdownable for the ears!

Thorough and insightful
