I didn’t like Delphine in the other books but listening to this I admire her character, her ability to fight and the strength she had I could only wish for. I used to be a Dom girl but have to say for a lot of this book I actually disliked him as once he knew what his aunt went through at the hands of her husband he still gave her a hard time. Tyler’s love for Delphine I feel was stronger than Dom’s and Tobias’s love for Cecilia. This book is my number one read of 2025 and nothing will top that. The narrators did a fantastic job bringing these characters to life. Please check triggers as it has references to DV and cancer.
