well put together. makes me realise the importance of mind body spirit connection - on this plane.

this man did a great job in this book. made me understand what it means to have a trained mind - anywhere. in my view is more practical than stoicism, given the training, the roots.

besides my gym and meditation routine, the face massage, the monkey and the tree techniques fits like a glove, for my longevity plan. God damn, I wish it was a second part 🧡 such a nice voice, well grounded. keeps you engaged.

I liked the book some very helpful tips and extremely useful advice. I didn’t give 5 stars as I am a scientist with a degree in biochemistry and this book talks about chi. Sorry but it’s pseudoscience. Chi is not actually real. Now I’m not saying this stuff doesn’t work but it’s through physiological mechanisms like neurons and neurotransmitters. The is no magical chi. Therefore I couldn’t give 5 stars.

A very inspiring book. His wisdom and insights are articulated with genuine passion to help other people. His voice is so captivating and every word has meaning, I listened to this book in one go. I felt his selfless sharing of his energy, has inspired me to be more disciplined and deepen my spiritual practice. Thank you.
