Chris brought the book to life, his narration was fantastic. The book itself is incredibly interesting, emotional and illuminating. What a life. Despite going blind and knowing he was going blind, Chris has never let it hold him back, getting the best out of everything and trying whatever came next. He has amazing parents who have given him such wonderful encouragement and freedom to accomplish whatever he wanted to do or explore. Chris is an inspiration, with his positivity and sense of humour. I would recommend this book to everyone as a must read, and will revisit it again myself in the future without a doubt. Thank you Chris.

Just when things seem impossible and life drags you down listen to this book. Life can be tough very tough but this honest uplifting book may just cause you to contemplate that there is a way through. Chris’s resistance to what most of us would struggle with is only surpassed by the humorous anecdotes. This is not intended as a self help book but Chris’s life chapters and is a contemplative expression of positiveness that given an open mind Will uplift you.
