This book is more on the deep affectionate side. Eli has a closed obsession with Ava and Ava has had a crush on him since they were children. Ava struggles with mental health and somehow he ended up blackmailing her into marriage whilst eventually turned into love, with many bumps and plots along the way.

Honestly fantastic. Rina Kent has swiftly become a favoured author, but when paired with the Shane East and Zara Hampton-Brown, it’s only made better…absolutely cried at the end lol

the way eli looked after ava how he protected her without her knowledge the love he and the other couples had for each other

the way the writer dealt with the mental health issue she did an amazing job as a mental health suffer it made me feel seen
