The second story in The Brimstone Chorus, this is an excellent story with brilliant characters and an enjoyable tale. It is well read, and the narrator suits the story. In chapter 2 the background music is a little loud, but doesn't detract from the telling.

Absolutely captivated by this. A wonderfully crafted story containing all the active ingredients for a heart-warming or, depending on your outlook, bone-chilling fayre. There is genuine word craft here and as an Irishman, the Seanachaí is as important as the tale, so the excellent enhanced narration added an extra layer to this wonderful piece. I impatiently await the next one. Hopefully many more.

Having read book 1. I happily started on book 2 and was delighted, not only by the excellent narration but by world created by the sound effects.
The storyline followed smoothly from book 1 . A world of demons, written and made believable by the author.
Looking forward to the next in the series.
