This is a very well laid out book. I like the fact that Pete has included some exercises for people to follow when applying the lessons from the book. unlike most self help books, Pete added sources for extra learning which is a brilliant idea. overall I feel the book was concise, well thought out and provided easy simple steps to follow. I would highly recommend this book to anyone
